Excellent staff and delicious breakfast
My stay was quite enjoyable. the breakfast boasted a fantastic range with freshly baked croissants that were delightful. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made a huge difference, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our time there. The only downside was some noise from neighboring rooms, which could be bothersome at times.

Loved the location near Killay Hill for a nice walk. Plus, no limit on teabags and milk was a game changer after a long day!

The location was perfect for our family, being close to the town center. The staff were warm and welcoming, and my kids adored the attentiveness of everyone, especially the friendly man at reception. Neath Golf Club nearby added some fun to our stay!
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

There's a good balance of comfort and value here, with clean rooms and cozy beds, though the wooden floors can feel a bit cold. Staff made the experience pleasant, but a wake-up knock before checkout was unnecessary. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the free parking.

the hotel is slightly out of town, which was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. it’s clean and comfy, and the breakfast was simple but good, with a decent range. it was also great having a macdonalds across the street and nice walks to both town and the beach.
only issue was that the bathroom was quite small and the next room’s doors kept slamming, which was annoying at times.

Location a little further out than we realised.

Great family vibes!
I had a nice stay with my family. The staff were super friendly, especially towards my son who loves waving at them! The room was comfy, had a nice view, and plenty of power sockets too. Breakfast was really good. Only thing was, the towels smelled a bit weird, like vinegar, but I guess that’s just how they get cleaned.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast options were good but felt overpriced. Parking situation created confusion, leading to an unexpected charge.

Absolutely loved the home-made bread at Vinny And Vito! It's the real deal, just like da mam would make. Plus, the staff at Ibis were proper friendly, and the room was as clean as a whistle, making me feel right at home.
The parking situation was a bit of a headache—£200 for not getting a permit? I thought they were just for non-guests! A heads up would have been sound, aye.

The room I had was pretty basic and not super spacious. It felt a bit run down, like the furniture had seen better days. The bathroom had a weird smell, and the showerhead was peeling. it wasn’t the most comfortable stay, but I guess it did the job since I was super tired. Just enough for a night, but could really use some updates.
